Welcome to Water Revive. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products, including 9.5+ pH alkaline water, Organic Sea Moss, and Himalayan Lajit Gold Shilajit. By accessing our site or visiting our Las Vegas store, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Health & Wellness Disclaimer

Important: The information provided on this website and our holistic wellness products (including alkaline water and supplements) are for educational and general wellness purposes only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult with a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new dietary supplement, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a pre-existing medical condition.

3. Local Delivery & Glass Jug Exchange

We proudly offer local delivery across the Las Vegas and Henderson Valley. By utilizing our local delivery service for 3-gallon and 5-gallon water jugs, you agree to the following:

Empty glass jugs must be left outside on your porch on the scheduled delivery day for exchange.
Failure to leave empty jugs may result in additional bottle deposit fees.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on traffic and weather conditions.

4. In-Store Pickup

Orders placed for In-Store Pickup must be collected during our regular business hours (Monday-Saturday, 10 AM - 6 PM) at our physical location: 3151 N Rainbow Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89108. Please wait for the 'Ready for Pickup' confirmation email before arriving.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the consumable nature of our products (water, sea moss, and shilajit), we generally do not accept returns. However, if a product arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup, and we will make it right.
