1. Consumable Goods & Non-Returnable Items

At Water Revive, ensuring the highest standards of purity and safety is our top priority. Because our products are consumable items (including our 9.5+ pH Alkaline Water, Fresh Organic Sea Moss, and Himalayan Shilajit), we cannot accept returns or exchanges once a product has been delivered or picked up.

This policy is strictly enforced to protect the health and safety of our customers and to maintain our rigorous quality control.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging and delivering our products, especially our fragile glass jugs. However, if your order arrives damaged, broken, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.

You must report any damages or defects within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please email us at waterrevive702@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.
Upon verification, we will happily provide a replacement or issue a full refund for the affected item.

3. Order Cancellations

We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they are dispatched for local delivery or shipped out.
Once an order is en route to your address, it cannot be cancelled.

4. Refunds Process

If your refund is approved (due to damage, defect, or successful cancellation), it will be processed automatically to your original method of payment.

Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
